Back in 1993 Kester the Jester performed at his first medieval banquet in his first paid gig. Since then he has performed at hundreds of events in historical buildings, museums, public houses, schools and hotels. Whether he is entertaining at a medieval banquet or wandering around and bringing colour to an event he is always sure to brighten the event and wow the customers.

During a medieval banquet Kester can offer a whole package of different entertainment. He has happily worked along other acts in large or small events and even been the sole entertainment and always provided a first class show.

Kester can provide:

Meet & Greet entertainment in the form of a fire display, stilt-walking or wandering displays or interactive demonstrations of old fashioned toys.

Close-up magic during the meal.

His renowned test of strength which gets the audience to display their physical skills.

Two different 10 - 20 minute shows to fit in between courses.

A 15 minute comedy fire show to bring an event to a dramatic conclusion.

Not all of these will be suitable to every occasion. Whilst each of Kester’s acts are suitable for a family audience some bookers have been alarmed about ‘The Walk of Death’ as it uses juggling knives. This act is fully risk assessed and much less dangerous than it appears.
